In Blackboard you can create a journal for students to record their reflections either as a stand alone activity or as part of an assessment.

Journals are a great way to encourage and capture your students’ private reflective practice.

If you would like to create an activity that requires students individually or in groups to keep a publicly viewable log, consider setting up a blog instead. You could use the Blackboard blog tool, or Blogger.
