Invitation to GLbD Express Project workshops

The Global Learning by Design Express Projects are ready to kick off. Thank you to everyone who has responded to the pre-planning survey — it helped us anticipate your needs and expectations before we meet. If you have not yet responded, please do the survey (20 minutes).

PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOPS

Over the next two weeks we will be holding startup workshops where we’ll:

  1. Create a profile of a typical student and teacher in your course;
  2. Get a week-by-week outline of your course, identifying where we will be working together;
  3. Pin down a concise project brief with next steps.

Our main objective for the workshop is to make clear the nature of your course, who teaches it and who studies it, and what is your project. This is so we can identify the appropriate technology to meet your course learning outcomes.

For more information about the workshop, watch our video introduction.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

Please click on the workshop that best suits you and confirm your attendance. If you have not opted in for Google+ at RMIT you will have to do this first via the Intranet.

A Senior Learning Advisor in Learning and Teaching will be in touch to help you prepare for the workshop. If you can’t attend any of these times, please ensure that you meet with them.

We look forward to meeting with you in the near future.
